I have been with the firm since 2015 and I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone. We have seen many changes internally and within the accountancy industry. We have had to move quickly to ensure that we are always on the front foot making sure our clients are informed in a way that makes sense to them. My role is to ensure that all of the staff can deliver excellence for our clients and we do this through ensuring that we are informed of the latest software and IT developments, keeping on top of regulations and also regular training and development for all of the staff.
The firm is completely people focused and that is what I love about the job, we are always looking for new ways to ensure that this is a great place to work and empowering individuals to be in control of their own career.
