I started my career with RRL in February 2017, when I moved from London to Cornwall.
I completed my ATT qualification and joined the firm at a time when they were undergoing a lot of organisational changes, including going paperless, introducing flexible working and improving various procedures and processes.
I enjoy working at RRL as the partners and all of the staff are very supportive and friendly. In addition to all the necessary systems and process training, I was supported through regular one-to-one mentoring sessions with my immediate manager and the Tax Partner, which helped me to settle into my tax role and encouraged and empowered my personal development.
RRL are very flexible on working patterns and locations, allowing me to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
