This programme supports projects that will contribute to the transformation of high streets and town centres in England helping them become thriving places, strengthening local communities and encouraging local economies to prosper.
Grants will support the regeneration of high streets and town centres by providing grant funding towards the costs of restoration projects that will create alternative uses for redundant or underused historic buildings.
Different levels of funding are available depending on what stage you have reached with your project. This includes grants up to £15,000 for project viability work, up to £100,000 for project development and capital grants of up to £350,000 for transformational projects.
