We all listened in earnest once again on Monday night as our Prime Minister again made the difficult decision to lock us down to protect our health services and our safety.
We do hope that you and your loved ones have managed to stay safe and well during the challenging times that we have all been in since March. We fully appreciate that it is not only health concerns that people have, so many have been affected financially and some difficult business decisions have been taken across the county.
We would like to assure you that we are fully committed to maintaining the safety of our employees, while also ensuring minimal disruption to our high standard of client service.
RRL has continued to strengthen its IT infrastructure to support our business continuity and to ensure client service continues with minimal disruption. Our teams continue to work remotely to ensure business continuity and staff and client safety. In line with government guidance, we have once again closed our offices to the public. We will continue to work to ensure you get what you need, when you need it from us. You can still stay in touch with us electronically, by phone and by post. We have all become very familiar with Microsoft Teams which gives us the ability to meet with you virtually and we are more than happy to continue to meet with you on this basis. We can share our screens so we can discuss your accounts or business needs while we all look at the same thing, ensuring meaningful and productive virtual meetings. It’s not for everyone, we understand that, but for those of you who are happy to meet in this way, we have found it to be extremely effective.
As we have done throughout these last ten months, we will continue to keep up to date with the latest advice and guidance around business support and we will be updating you via email, on our website and social media as this challenging time continues.
If you need any help or guidance, please do not hesitate get in touch with your usual RRL contact who will be happy to help you.
